- How long does a Creative Concepts installation take?
The duration of your Creative Concepts project depends on several factors, including bathroom size, material selection, project complexity, and any unforeseen plumbing or electrical issues. However, most Creative Concepts installations can be completed swiftly, often in just a matter of days rather than weeks.
- Is Creative Concepts licensed and insured?
Yes, we maintain all required state licenses and insurance to ensure you have peace of mind throughout your project
- Does Creative Concepts offer a warranty?
Yes. Most of our products and services contain an industry leading warranty, as well as a one-time transfer of warranty.
- Are your installers W2 employees?
Everyone that comes to your home with Creative Concepts is a W2 employee with us. We do not subcontract / 1099 our work out to anyone.
- What do I need to do before my installation?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Our team is currently examining and preparing your project details. This ensures a seamless installation process when the time comes.
- Does Creative Concepts use grout?
Our Virgin Acrylic and Cultured Marble products are crafted from acrylic and natural stone, they are completely waterproof and resist mold and mildew.
